Subscription Terms

1. Recurring payments

1.1 By choosing a subscription at purchase, you agree that Relivo will automatically charge the specified amount according to the delivery frequency you have chosen (e.g. every 30 days).

1.2 Payment is made via the payment method you specified at the time of purchase and will continue until you actively cancel or pause the subscription.

2. Change, pause, or unsubscribe

2.1 You can change the delivery interval, pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your account on relivo.se.

2.2 Changes are effective as of next unprocessed order — that is, if an order has already been processed or sent, the change applies first to the next one.

3. Paused subscriptions

3.1 When you pause your subscription occurs neither payments nor deliveries during the break period. You can reactivate the subscription at any time through your account.

4. Termination

4.1 Your subscription is without binding time but active until you finish it yourself. Termination takes place through your account and takes effect before the next scheduled order, if made on time.

5. Acceptance of terms and conditions

5.1 By making a purchase with a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
