Introduction

Thank you for choosing to shop at Relivo. We strive to make your shopping experience as simple and enjoyable as possible. That includes free shipping on all orders within the Nordics, regardless of order value.

Delivery times

1.1 Standard delivery within Sweden usually takes 2-5 working days from the time your order has been processed.

1.2 International delivery may take between 7-14 business days depending on destination.

1.3 Please note that delivery times may be delayed in case of heavy loads, such as during sales and holidays.

Shipping costs

2.1 All orders are delivered free of shipping charges within the Nordics.

2.2 A shipping fee may apply for delivery to countries outside the Nordics. Any fee is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

3.1 When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a tracking link via email.

3.2 You will also receive a delivery confirmation once your order has been delivered.

Incorrect or Damaged Delivery

4.1 If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service as soon as you discover the fault so that we can arrange a replacement or a refund. We cover all costs for such a return. Your statutory right to complain under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act applies for three years from the date you received the goods and is not affected by this clause.

Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we will contact you to agree on a new delivery or a refund.
