Privacy and data protection
At Relivo, we value your privacy and strive for a high level of data protection. In this Privacy Policy, we describe how we collect and use your personal data. We also explain your rights and how you can exercise them.

What is personal data and what is the processing of personal data?
A personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a living natural person. This includes not only names, contact details, and social security numbers, but also photos and email addresses, for example.
The processing of personal data includes all actions performed with personal data in our IT systems, whether on mobile devices or computers. This includes, for example, collection, registration, structuring, storage, processing and transmission. In some cases, manual registers may also be included.
What personal data do we collect about you and why?

How long do we store your personal data?
We never save your personal data longer than is necessary for the respective purposes. According to the Accounting Act, for example, certain data must be kept for at least seven years.
Cookies
A cookie is a small data file that a web server saves on a website visitor's computer. Cookies are divided into two groups: session cookies and time-limited cookies.
Session cookies
A session cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that a web server sends to a web browser for temporary use for a limited period.
Time-limited cookie
A time-limited cookie is a cookie where it has been determined in advance how long the cookie will be active.
Pixels
In addition to cookies, Relivo also uses pixels. Pixels are snippets of code that allow Relivo to collect information about website visitors and what actions they take during their visit. The information is used for the purpose of improving the website and creating a better experience for visitors.
Third-party cookies
Third-party cookies are created by domains that are not the website (or domain) that you are visiting. These are often used for online advertising and placed on a website by adding scripts or tags. A third-party cookie is available on all websites that load the third party's server code. Relivo participates in information collected by third-party cookies from, for example, Facebook.
How does Relivo use cookies?
We use cookies and pixels to create a better user experience for our visitors. Examples of how we use cookies are listed below.
We use functional cookies to maintain the website and improve our technical solutions.
We use cookies to improve the customer experience and create tailored advertising for our visitors.
We use session cookies to store your page events such as products you have added to your cart.
Through services such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, we analyze traffic and purchase history. This is done to develop our systems, improve our website and facilitate digital customer visits.
We use cookies to develop our customer support through order history and chat functions.
Avoid cookies
In the browser you use, you can use settings to automatically refuse the storage of cookies or that you receive a notification every time a website requests to store a cookie. You can also delete previously stored cookies.
Kommunikation via e-post och SMS
Tjänstens omfattning
Genom att lämna dina kontaktuppgifter och, där så krävs, samtycka till kommunikation från Relivo, godkänner du att ta emot återkommande meddelanden via e-post och/eller SMS till de kontaktuppgifter du har angivit.
Kommunikationen kan omfatta:
- information som är nödvändig för att fullgöra vårt avtal med dig, såsom orderbekräftelser, leveransinformation, betalningspåminnelser och kontouppdateringar
- information om din prenumeration och våra tjänster
- marknadsföringserbjudanden och information om Relivos produkter
- tips, vägledning och innehåll kopplat till användning av Relivo
Nödvändig, transaktionell kommunikation skickas som en del av vårt avtal med dig och kräver inget separat samtycke. Marknadskommunikation skickas endast i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning och baseras på samtycke eller berättigat intresse.
Kostnader och ansvar
Relivo tar inte ut någon avgift för kommunikation via e-post eller SMS. Eventuella kostnader för mottagna SMS debiteras av din mobiloperatör enligt villkoren för ditt mobilabonnemang. Vi rekommenderar att du kontrollerar eventuella kostnader med din operatör.
Avregistrering och återkallelse
Du kan när som helst avregistrera dig från marknadskommunikation via e-post och SMS genom att:
- klicka på avregistreringslänken i ett e-postutskick
- svara STOPP på ett mottaget SMS
- kontakta oss via support@relivo.se
Efter avregistrering upphör all marknadsföring via e-post och SMS. Du kan dock fortsatt komma att ta emot kommunikation som är nödvändig för att fullgöra vårt avtal med dig, exempelvis information om beställningar, leveranser eller din prenumeration.
Ändringar och tekniskt ansvar
Relivo förbehåller sig rätten att ändra, uppdatera eller avsluta formerna för kommunikation via e-post och SMS vid behov. Vi ansvarar inte för eventuella förseningar, tekniska fel eller uteblivna meddelanden som beror på externa operatörer eller tekniska tjänsteleverantörer.
Om du byter e-postadress eller mobilnummer ansvarar du för att uppdatera dina kontaktuppgifter så att vi kan fortsätta kommunicera korrekt med dig.
