Right of Withdrawal and Advertising

At Relivo, we always put the customer in focus. That's why we offer a 90 day customer satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to receive your money back within 90 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns if the packaging is broken/the product is used. However, you are still entitled to a full refund if the product does not live up to your expectations, within 90 days.

In order for the satisfied customer guarantee to apply, we need a confirmation of your purchase, such as an order receipt. Please contact our customer service team at support@relivo.se to initiate the refund process.

1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1 By accepting Relivo's Terms and Conditions, the Customer verifies that he/she is at least 18 years old and has full legal capacity to conclude a contract. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through relivo.se.

1.2 The website is owned and operated by Relivo. All information is protected under intellectual property and marketing laws. No part of the material may be copied or used without permission.

1.3 We reserve the right to avoid any typographical and image errors as well as the final sale of products. We also have the right to correct such errors and continuously update information.

1.4 These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, but the terms in force at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.

2. Agreement and Order

2.1 In order to make a purchase, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions. You also consent to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with our privacy policy (see Section 3).

2.2 A contract is concluded upon completion of your payment.

2.3 An order confirmation will be sent to your email address as confirmation of your purchase.

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse an order based on incorrect information or the final sale of products.

2.5 We may cancel an order until it has been delivered.

2.6 Orders are processed within 2-3 working days and are not delivered during weekends or holidays. Delivery may be delayed in case of high order quantity.

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and the Patient Data Act. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to this.

3.1 Processed data includes social security number, name, gender, email address, purchase and order history, payment method, delivery address, IP address and telephone number.

4.1 Prices quoted in SEK include VAT but not payment or shipping charges, which are stated separately.

4.4 Delivery charges may apply and may vary.

5. Kommunikation via e-post och SMS
