Introduction

Thank you for choosing to shop at Relivo. It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and we offer a 90-day satisfied customer guarantee.

Satisfied Customer Guarantee

1.1 If you are not satisfied with the product even though you have opened and used Relivo, we offer a 90 day customer satisfaction guarantee. This means that you have the right to get the full purchase price back if the product does not live up to your expectations.

1.2 This Satisfied Customer Guarantee applies only to your first purchase at Relivo.

1.4 Satisfied Customer Guarantee is valid on the first purchase.

Right of withdrawal

2.1 You have the right to cancel your ongoing deliveries within 14 days of receiving the goods. In order for the right of withdrawal to apply, the product and its original packaging must be in an unbroken and unchanged condition.

2.2 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in its original packaging (the multi-product subscription box), completely unbroken. If the packaging is broken/used, we will not accept returns, but you will still get your money back.

2.3 If products or the packaging box are damaged or altered, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value of the goods.

Complaints

3.1 If the product is faulty or defective upon delivery, you have the right to revoke the purchase. In this case, we will cover all return costs and you will receive either a new product or the full purchase price back.
