38 selected ingredients for your daily health
Every ingredient is there for a reason. No fillers, no sweeteners or unnecessary additives. Only carefully selected, scientifically backed nutrients — formulated for optimal uptake, synergy and efficacy.

World-class collagen with clinically proven efficacy
Not all collagen is created equal. Relivo contains type I collagen and is extracted from wild-caught fish in the cold, clean seas off Norway.
Behind the production is Seagarden, one of the world's most respected manufacturers of marine collagen. With extensive experience, cutting-edge purification technology and uncompromising quality control, they deliver a raw material of absolute excellence.

Full traceability
All collagen peptides in Relivo come from fully traceable marine raw materials, with documentation at every stage — from catch to finished ingredient.
The fish are caught in MSC certified waters in the North Atlantic, most notably between Svalbard, Jan Mayen and the coast of Norway — one of the cleanest and most regulated marine areas in the world.
Each batch can be traced all the way back to its original zone, with clear control over shelf life, temperature, transportation and production.

Certifications
Seagarden uses a Food Safety Management System (Food Safety Management System) with strict quality control, applied through HACCP (Risk Analysis and Critical Control Points), VACCP (Vulnerability Analysis) and TACCP (Threat Assessment) to ensure safe end products.
• FSSC 22000 certified manufacturer of natural marine ingredients
• Halal-approved
• Kosher
• MSC certified raw materials
• Sustainable fishing
• Seagarden participates in the program for responsible procurement, SMETA 4-pillar model
Clinically documented efficacy
The marine collagen in Relivo comes from Seagarden in Norway and has been documented in several preclinical and clinical studies.
In a randomized, placebo-controlled study involving 114 women, 8 weeks of daily intake of specific fish collagen peptides showed a significant reduction of wrinkle depth around the eyes compared to the control group (Proksch et al., 2014).
Other studies have shown that oral intake of hydrolyzed collagen can:
• Increase skin moisture content by up to 12% after 8 weeks (Asserin et al., 2015)
• Stimulate new collagen formation in the deeper layers of the skin (Zague et al., 2011)
• Protect against collagen degradation by inhibiting MMP enzyme activity (Zague et al., 2008)
In addition, the collagen peptides have shown effect on the musculoskeletal system:
• In a double-blind study in older men, muscle strength increased significantly after 12 weeks of collagen + strength training compared to control group (Zdzieblik et al., 2015)
• Fibroblasts from human tendons and ligaments showed increased collagen synthesis (type I & III) after treatment with Seagarden's collagen peptides (Schunck & Oesser, 2013)
• Fish collagen also has high bioavailability. Low molecular weight peptides (2—5 kDa) are absorbed via the gut, reach the bloodstream, and accumulate in target tissue such as skin, cartilage, and bone (Oesser et al., 1999; Iwai et al., 2005).
Optimized bioavailability
Relivo's marine collagen peptides have a low molecular weight (2—5 kDa), making them readily soluble in water and easy for the body to absorb.
Studies show that these peptides cross the gut, reach the bloodstream, and can be transported to skin, joints, tendons, and bones (Iwai et al., 2005; Oesser et al., 1999).
In addition, compared to collagen from land animals, fish collagen has better solubility and absorption at lower temperatures — ideal for daily intake in cold liquid. In short: we've optimized both the shape and the source, so your body can actually use it.
